Central Terminal & Subway

The "tour" of the "safe" places inside Central Terminal train station in Buffalo was by far the worst I've been on. You are allowed a 50 foot walking radius and they've "rebuilt" the inside with foam recreations. I was also scolded for having a camera. "NO CAMERAS ALLOWED!"

I prefer to not break any laws but...if I must! Out of the watchful eye of the "tour guide" we slipped through the back of the building and did our OWN tour.

Allison and I had a brief day trip to Rochester. Most of its gutted buildings have been bought and renovated. After hearing lots of stories about an abandoned subway we were hot on the hunt.

Sadly, it's all been completely blocked off and we got just a glance.
